I am a profit driver with a background in software product development, process optimizations and innovation. My vision of an affordable performance driven technology marketing practice led to the birth of ROI Mantra which in a short amount of time has been very successful in providing marketers with a cost effective/performance model of marketing execution
Prior to ROI Mantra I was instrumental in building Global Media Distribution, Marketing Automation, Ad-Servers, Targeting Engines, Asset Management, Accessibility and Telecom products.
Founder & CTO
With more than 22 years of experience in the IT industry, I have also worked for the US Navy. Apart from a strong engineering background, I’m a veteran in designing and developing solutions architecture, framework development and heightened perspectives of customer-orientation and costing.
I’ve have been a warhorse in the IT industry and with a strong background in business. I’ve completed many projects and have put together the best processes for the development of both long-term and rapid development projects.

Prior to founding ROI Mantra, I’ve worked with array of Startups and Enterprises. I’ve directed and supported multiple project executions, products, services, brand and company launches across Asia Pacific.

Bryson Elder has a passion for digital advertising. He started off with a large health insurer, marketing for the ecommerce side of the business- back when digital consisted of text search ads and email marketing. It was then he cut his teeth on establishing an overall vision in developing segmented strategies to drive consumer engagement. From there he embarked on a journey in the many different facets of marketing and advertising, including traditional media. Creating holistic marketing strategies for mainly large healthcare brands, he has long understood how to drive revenue, while balancing brands COA. He now develops digital advertising strategies for all client verticals at ROI mantra Inc. He is a BBA graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington. He lives in Keller, Texas with his wife and 2 children, and has a very serious sports addiction.

Aaron Morrissey traded in his jersey for a blazer after college, managing, planning, and executing paid media campaigns for the last 6 years. Prior to ROI Mantra, Aaron worked for a large agency specializing in campaign management and client development.

Ed is an award winning speaker with the National Forensic League with a background in media buying, sponsorship marketing, video production and branding. His vision of affordable performance driven Marketing led him to ROI Mantra. Prior to ROI Mantra he was instrumental in building brands, sponsorship packages, publishing trade magazines and marketing campaigns using digital and traditional media. Behind the scenes he has worked with many brands setting a script to screen strategy for direct to consumer and educational and training promotions for large brands concentrating on product knowledge for the end consumer.

Syed is one of the central forces driving ROI Mantra’s content production and internal marketing communications. Associated with the company as Director of Marketing Communications, he brings with him multilateral experience, spanning business communication, ESL training, IT journalism, online marketing, account management, and B2B sales. In his current role, Syed leads an intricately structured team of content development, quality assurance and management professionals, while serving as a key member of our strategy management team. He also collaborates with clients to understand their brand voice, customer demographic, marketing goals, and other dynamics at play, to optimize service delivery and performance. When not at work, Syed can be found strumming one his dusty old axes or seeking refuge from societally regressive dogmas in a land lesser known – preferably on a resurrected Royal Enfield “cast-iron” that he holds really close to his heart.
